The request to stay at a single table was not clear, as we would have told you specifically that it would not have been possible to have such a large table due to lack of space, furthermore during the booking phase we showed you the room in which we will be able to host you never referring to a single table but to several tables, one of which unfortunately is near the entrance, which is frequently used during the evening. As regards the invitation to clear the room, none of us were asked or made to understand this, we would never have allowed ourselves and we are very saddened by his words since they do not reflect our way of working. Finally, the menu had been agreed upon during the booking phase, and included the starter, the first course, coffee and a bottle of wine for every 3 people. Things extra to the agreements, such as desserts, extra bottles of wine, were taken and counted on the common account. and bitters, for this reason the expense exceeded the agreed €40.
