Ristorante carino con specialità austriache ,ho preso Wiener Schnitzel con le patatine fritte con accanto una tazzina di salsa ai mirtilli tipica ,la panatura e frittura ottime buona veramente anche il condoble era fatto bene ,Eravamo dentro ottima atmosfera personale cordiale e attento e sempre sorridente,ci anno accolti con del pane e burro aromatizzato buono un po di più non guastata come le porzioni di patatine fritte per il resto tutto bene ,perfetto lo consiglio per la ottima qualità e l'atmosfera accogliente in sala i dolci buoni però alcune porzioni piccole per il resto una bella serata da rifare. In short: after waiting an hour for the ordered food, and realizing it was still not getting prepared, we left. The waitress seemed in a hurry since we arrived. For drinks, my friend ordered a coke, but I asked for a menu to check the beers. It appeared that she didn't like that but okay. The coke arrived with the menus. Soon after we ordered schnitzels + a beer for me. Over 30' later, the beer hadn't arrived yet, another waiter asked us if we have ordered or something, wr told him we had, but we would like the beer if possible (we were still assuming food is coming soon). The other waitress realized that and brought us the beer. Noone thought to check why the order wasn't there yet. Over an hour past, we saw another, that came much after us, getting their food. So we asked about our food, and the waitress said that she will go and check. Apparently the order wasn't registered at all. So by realizing that, we told them we will leave, we won't wait another 20min or so for our meal. They had 8-10 tables, it's unacceptable that they didn't realize the mistake for so long and noone checked. Service: 1
