Posizione ottima e soleggiata. Si mangia bene, ma prezzi un po’ alti rispetto il resto dei ristoranti. Il servizio comunque veloce.

The most heavenly spot after one of the nicest ski runs down in Klosters/Davos. Nestled at the foot of the run through the woods you find Berghaus Alte Schwendi basking in the sunshine. Always full (so if you can book do!) try and aim for one of the tables with your backs to the mellow wood this gorgeous chalet style restaurant is decked in throughout. Lovely food (try their fondue) wonderful views and run by charming staff who part of the team of Josefin and Nici Strand - little Elias and Noah are a bit young to be helping yet but Puma the Rhodesian Ridgeback certainly helps with the hoovering around the place. Fun, good music, a great ambience and two minutes from the Schiffer bubble make it the perfect place for a late lunch and then relax on your way back up the mountain for the final ski down. Make it a must and don’t tell anyone but your friends how to get there! After 30 years of being a ‘local’ here with our place in Klosters it is my ‘go to’ favourtite.
