However, in no section of the booking site used by you is present as a description that the jacuzzi inside the roof is hot in winter, mostly it is specified by booking.com in the section "read before booking" that the outdoor sun terrace will not be fully usable until April 23. In reference to the type of room chosen and the disposiizone of the beds, he chose an atpology of suites that can accommodate up to 4 people in two beds ( bed + sofa). We have other types of suites with separate beds, but we cannot yet read the minds of our guests. The discount proposed by the management does not concern the lack of a service provided. The wellness services chosen by you point out that while requiring a strong pressure a relaxing massage does not require the use of incisive dexterity and that therefore will be applied a pressure as deep as possible in reference to the type of service chosen. The operators have proposed a replacement with decontracting service / sports massage not accepted by you because more expensive.
