Just tried Ali Kebaba and I’m seriously impressed. They serve a modern, customisable kebab with a unique Croatian twist that really stands out. I ordered their mixed kebab (chicken and beef) in lepinja, and even though I went for the small size, the portion was absolutely massive—around 15 cm wide! Definitely great value for money. What really made it unforgettable was the combination of flavors. The corn, red cabbage, white cheese and their new curry sauce created an explosion of taste that’s honestly hard to describe. Every bite was packed with something different but perfectly balanced. I paired it with the mandarin version of Pipi (local version of Fanta) which complemented the meal amazingly well—super refreshing alongside such rich flavors. While it wasn’t as spicy as I expected, the chef made up for it by giving me a generous amount of extra chili flakes. I sprinkled those over the potato chips and tomato sauce, then added that mix on top of the kebab and wow—the result was basically a nuclear explosion of flavor. Highly recommend this place whether you’re grabbing a quick bite alone or eating with family. Definitely coming back. Price per person: €5–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
