Check your receipt before you leave the cashier! Payed for a cappuccino and a croissant and by the time I got to the counter, I had been given a receipt for a water. Cashier acknowledged I ordered a cappuccino and a croissant (and charged me for those) but would not give me the correct receipt or refund the transaction. Left with nothing, double check your receipt if you go here! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: €1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A restaurant staff member named Camilla was extremely rude when I got my order. I verified my order with the cashier and was waiting the drinks, but when Camilla prepared my order and brought me the wrong drink, she acted so rude to me and to the cashier who told her the order. She even made me pay the second time, refused to talk with me, and acted weird while looking at my face and preparing my correct order. I tried to understand the situation and talk with her but she completely walked away and didn’t talk. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: €20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On July 10 I was at Alemagna Caffe, the food was excellent and the coffee cream was super. I left my cell phone forgotten at the site and a cafe employee named Valery sent it to me in Spain. That's called service, attitude, responsibility. Thank you very much Valery. I congratulate the cafe for the employee it has. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
