You were welcomed, as usual, in a very kind and polite way, trying to accompany you in viewing the entire place, but without success, you were probably in a hurry. there were no expectations, that is, normal restaurant expectations, we are not a fast food restaurant! The three orders rule has never existed in our restaurant, therefore another falsehood. The menu, including cover charge and water, is written everywhere and can be viewed by anyone at any time, so those who book must assume they know roughly what they are getting into. The water is not "tap", but is drawn from a certified purifier to provide customers with an above average product. Soft lights are the basis of the philosophy of our restaurant.
