abbiamo prenotato online, siamo andati in anticipo per fare un aperitivo dove oltre ai cocktail non hanno portato nulla. Ci accingiamo ad andare in pizzeria, arriviamo la e ci accorgiamo che è chiuso. La mia amica aveva prenotato online e aveva ricevuto la mattina la mail di conferma di prenotazione. Un servizio del genere per un hotel a 5 stelle è inaccettabile. Avevamo pure menzionato al barista che avremmo cenato in pizzeria e nessuno ci ha avvisati. Davvero pessimo. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pizzeria con vista: mare, faro e castello di Brucoli. Pizza molto buona con ingredienti genuini e freschi, apprezzata (limitate, però, le pizze con il pesce nel menù, data anche la località di mare). Consigliata. Prezzi nella norma. Personale cortese. Esperienza positiva. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Good pizzas let down by slow and unorganised service. There was no direction of the team as it got busier, people were waiting around for tables for a while and there didn’t seem to be enough staff to get orders and clear tables. We got sat down OK and our pizza and drinks order taken quickly enough. The pizza was good, large portions and tasted great and was cooked in a rotating pizza oven that you could see. After this, it must have taken another 45 minutes before we got a menu for dessert and to select another drink. We had to ask twice and it still took that long. You will be missing revenue by not approaching tables to see if they wanted more drinks or desserts. We sat down at just after 7 and I think we left around 10, practically 3 hours for a pizza and a dessert. For a 5 star resort, this wasn’t good enough.
