I recently had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Giardinetto in Venice, Italy at the Hotel Giardinetto and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The servers at this restaurant are simply the best. The Brazilian waitress made the best spritz I have ever tasted and Gaia and the night crew were outstanding. They were attentive, friendly and made us feel right at home. One of the young servers recommended a Venetian steak dish and it was absolutely fabulous. The meat was cooked to perfection and the flavors were out of this world. I also stopped by a few times for the cacio Pepe and it was just as delicious as the first time. What really stood out to me about Osteria Giardinetto was the people. I had the chance to meet the owners and they were great people. They were warm, welcoming and made us feel like we were part of their family. It was a truly authentic Italian experience. Overall, I highly recommend Osteria Giardinetto to anyone visiting Venice. The food is amazing, the servers are the best and the atmosphere is unbeatable. It's a must-visit restaurant in Venice.
