With respect to point 1: cooking meat is very subjective, if the customer does not specify a particular preference, we normally proceed with medium cooking. If the customer finds the cooking not to his liking, we collect the dish and proceed to arrange it according to the customer's preferences. In his case, only at the end of the evening, after having consumed the entire meal, did he signal to us that the cooking was not suited to expectations, this way of doing usually amounts to a request for a discount on the price even if not expressly requested.
