Rooms: Dovrebbero essere completate tutte con box doccia ( più pratico in estate ) Camere sono belle sempre!!!!! Safety: Ci si può muovere tranquillamente in tutta la struttura ( solo ospiti ) Ci si sente protetti all' interno della stessa infonde tranquillità !!!! I have been attending the dune farm for several years, with more stays every year, due to the simply fantastic location. The structure is located, in fact, between Eraclea and Duna Verde, and has the only direct access to the sea in a stretch of coast of about 2 km, which makes the beach practically private for guests' use. This feature together with a pleasant and beautiful structure make the environment perfect. On the other hand, the restaurant services are negative and very much, in my opinion essential in such an isolated structure, but deficient both from an organizational and qualitative point of view. The restaurant closes completely on Mondays forcing customers, including those of the hotel, to make their own arrangements for lunch and dinner, and even when it is open, organizational shortcomings are the rule, forgotten dishes, delays in service are, in my opinion, signs of carelessness or incompetence in the service, serious if compared to the luxurious typology and the prices applied. At breakfast, however, the rule was that of having to wait in line for over 15 minutes to receive something, which was then remedied by making access to the free buffet unacceptable for those on holiday and not at the lidl to do shopping. Unfortunately, the quality of the products offered is more serious, the choice and quality of which has decreased over the years, where we have gone from pizzas and focaccias to frozen sandwiches, with little choice in vegetables and cold cuts, transforming what was once a nice breakfast into a 2-star pension standard. Perhaps it would have been the case to increase the price of the hotel rooms while maintaining the quality of service that was previously there. the same goes for the restaurant, where the famous limousine bulls bred on the estate are advertised, but of which there is no trace in the dishes, as the meat offered has nothing to do with a home farm. The roast offered, fat and tough, was a cut of meat that I don't even use to make broth, and the same goes for the Milanese, where, once the breading had been removed, the meat would have been transparent. Sincerely and without wanting to offend anyone, I would strongly recommend the owner to try all the dishes offered, and if necessary compare them with the nearby tourist restaurants, where I was forced to consume various meals, which offer very different quantities and qualities for the same price. If on the one hand the structure deserves 5 points, on the other what is offered in the services is equal to 1, and I am very sorry for this, as I had made this structure the fixed point of part of my summer holidays.
