A group of 5 women, friends for over 20 years and with a great desire to enjoy life, go to this café in the Agora of San Severo to celebrate their friendship. Equipped with candles, paper plates, cutlery and an ice cream cake bought at the supermarket, they decide to celebrate their 25th anniversary of friendship. Singular as an occasion....well, it certainly cannot be understood by anyone who doesn't have a very flexible mentality.... After sitting down, the women receive a reminder from the employee of the place who reiterates: "No cake can be brought from outside without warning and without ordering the Special Menu..... the place loses CREDIBILITY...." Caught out and determined to remedy it without ruining the moment, the women decide to remedy the irregularity and order the Special Menu, asking the staff NOT to bring all the appetizers (given the time: not suitable for an aperitif or an aperitif) but only a drink; reassuring, however, that they would pay the full price (without demanding any discount for the lack of appetizers). The attendant imposes himself and still brings the complete aperitif to the table with many appetizers which are obviously not consumed by women. So much so that the latter, at a certain point, beg the waitress to stop with the dishes. White Bitter is missing from the drinks requested by one of the women. The place is full of them! But it doesn't do anything! The customer, showing a flexible mentality, changes her order and is satisfied with what is there. After having had some fun, the friends decide to leave and ask, in vain and 4 times, for the bill. Then they decide to get up and go and pay it directly at the cash register. They bring home 2 trays of uneaten appetizers that the staff packed extremely slowly.... Now I ask myself: what undermines the credibility of a place? A cake purchased at the supermarket and brought in from outside or maintaining a rigid and obstructive attitude despite the willingness demonstrated by customers to remedy any irregularities? Even not having a banal white bitter or not being quick to satisfy consumer requests could have a negative impact on the place.

Before entering someone else's house at least you need to give notice if you bring something from outside.. I don't think 5 friends to celebrate their friendship go to a pizzeria and bring pizza from home.. given that the bar is stocked with cakes and sweets.. and I don't think the lack of a white bitter with 20 types of drinks available can discredit a place... you made a point of specifying your profession as a lawyer without respecting my employees... knowing that not even at school they bring food from outside... you paid for the party menu and out of fairness we also brought you the food.. otherwise you would have written a review for having paid 10 euros for just a drink.. while you brought home a 6-piece plate plus bruschetta. . Goodbye and thanksMore
