Adelie bakery in the center of Split is absolutely perfect! The atmosphere is great - cozy interior and really friendly employees who immediately cheer you up. I tried their pistachio pain au chocolate and, without exaggeration, I've never had anything like it – perfectly crunchy and full of flavor. Cute little bakery. I got the pain au chocolat + cappuccino for takeaway and quick breakfast. I wouldn’t say it was any better than what I have tried in France. Everything is baked on site and you can actually see through the glass the bakers! Will return back as I’m keen on trying the “desserts” based on what I’ve seen on other people’s reviews.
