Let's start with the "pizzas" as she calls them ... or if we want to call them by the name we use, they are FOCACCIOTTI based on Pinsa ... they are not semi-raw but cooked in the oven (as regards the dough) and RAW as regards the toppings because they are FOCACCIOTTI GURMET ... let's go on ... The skewer is made of 3 balls of spiced minced meat processed personally by us wrapped in plenty of crispy bacon…if that isn't meat I dare not imagine where I've ever eaten…let's move on to the fried food…a very simple land fry with chips, mozzarella, croquettes potatoes, stuffed olives and battered vegetables (including sage and courgette flowers)…if you have found all this on your table and why SUCH DISHES ARE LISTED ON THE MENU, it would be enough to read it! She also had to say about the presence of garlic in the meat, arguing that any allergy would have cost her dearly… well, I inform you that if anything, she was really allergic to something she has an OBLIGATION to report it BEFORE ORDERING TO THE DINING ROOM STAFF!
