We were driving through this rustic town and a local had recommended this place for lunch. We can't stress enough what a great meal we had. So much so, we made a special trip from Enna to eat there a second time. Don't let the fact that they do not speak English deter you. Understand the basics of an Italian menu (primi, secondi, dolce, etc), be patient, and if all else fails, nod looking pleased. What a treat! The pasta each time was just right. Al dente, perfect sauce, and great bread to wipe the plate clean. There were grilled vegetables the second visit that were perfect. It's worth the trip from Enna, 22km NE through spectacular scenery with multiple views of Etna.
