Personale gentile e disponibile. Materie prime di ottima qualità,ottima la pizza. Buona gestione in sala anche in serate affollate.

"A journey into the infinitely small" I am a pizza lover but I have always been wary of the word "gourmet" having instinctively associated it with "incülèt". But tonight, driven by curiosity and by a menu that promised "a clever mix of excellent ingredients... topping with quality raw materials..." I wanted to give it a chance and ordered one of these extraordinary creations. The name of the dish was already poetic: "A landscape rich in woods and mountains, ideal climate for DOC products..", I imagined a triumphal pizza, a symphony of flavors worthy of a standing ovation. Well, the plate arrived, and it was actually the size of a pizza plate. But her? The announced queen of the evening? A delicacy of about 8 cm in diameter, elegantly placed so as to "fill" the plate. The flavor? Delicate, they would say.... And the price? A masterpiece: 17 euros. At one point I thought about ordering another "sensory experience", but then I thought it wouldn't be nice to ruin this unique experience. In short, a unique experience yes, but only for its ability to make me reflect on the difference between gourmet and making fun of people. Next time I'll go where the pizza is big enough to see without a microscope. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Each dish is born from careful research into excellent raw materials, from artisanal workmanship and from an aesthetic that enhances taste and the culinary experience. These elements are well explained in our menu, both in terms of description and portions, see menu photos! As for the price, the value lies in the excellence of the ingredients used - many of which are of DOP origin - and in the work of a team that aims to offer a unique and refined experience, as our numerous satisfied customers can testify, as demonstrated by the reviews ! It is clear that gourmet cuisine, by its nature, is not for everyone, and we respect those who prefer a different concept of catering. However, associating our work with an intent to "make fun" is not only unfounded, but also disrespectful towards an activity that has received hundreds of positive reviews precisely for its quality and authenticity.
