My wife and I had the “best date day ever” with a private cooking class with chef Alessandro. He is welcoming, humorous, passionate and it is an experience not to be missed when you travel to Bellagio.

Easily our favorite part of our trip to Lake Como! Alessandro was easy to book with via WhatsApp. He hosted an incredible private cooking class where we made tagliatelle, gnocchi, and tiramisu. He skillfully guided us through how to make each dish and the varied sauces from the region. He shared cheeses, his homemade bread, and his homemade apricot marmalade before we sat down to eat our creations. He kept our glasses full of Prosecco and we had lots of limoncello to finish. He had us laughing the entire time and we discussed food from around the world and his favorite restaurants and experiences in the local area. Beautiful from start to finish and I can’t wait to make it all at home! Thank you for the best time! Our friends and family already want to book too!

We had a fantastic experience last Thursday afternoon attending Alessandro's cooking class! The class was so enjoyable, educational and entertaining. And Alessandro went out of his way to make sure that gluten free options, including pasta, were available for my wife who is gluten free. We highly recommend Alessandro's class!
