We enjoyed a cooking class in Bellagio with Chef Alessandro. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our time with Alessandro. He made each of us feel comfortable and competent in our Italian cooking skills! And the result of our efforts was one of the best meals I had in Italy! I highly recommend this class.

If you are going anywhere near Lake Como, don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to experience cooking with Chef Alessandro! I am not a cook but he instilled a desire in me and all of us to cook with his passion. Our group had a fabulous time preparing the most delicious Italian meal which we enjoyed eating afterwards. Chef is very entertaining and you will feel like you have known him for years. Food is much better in Italy and of course healthier too. He will teach you many secrets in the kitchen. Highly recommend with 5 stars!

Chef Alessandro curated an incredibly unique and special cooking experience for my husband and I in Bellagio! We learned how to prepare a homemade pasta and gnocchi and everything tasted AMAZING. We finished off with making a tiramisu, with Chef inviting us back in the morning to taste the tiramisu on day two for a different flavor and texture and it was incredible. The flavor was truly the best of our trip— the ingredients were so fresh and pure and we are so grateful.
