We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and I do not wish to justify my colleague’s reaction. Still, we kindly ask for understanding that coming to a public place while feeling unwell may put both staff and other guests at risk. The pandemic has reminded us all how important it is to protect one another, especially the more vulnerable among us.
