I clienti non amano molto i brioches e cappuccino della self-service 12oz. Diversi ospiti dicono che il personale è efficiente in questo posto. Parecchi clienti constatano che il servizio è piacevole. Dal punto di vista dei visitatori, i prezzi sono modici. Come rimarcano un certo numero di critici, l'atmosfera è gioviale. Ma molti visitatori che usano Google non ha conferito in questa self-service un rating molto alto.

Ho chiesto se facessero il matcha freddo e, inizialmente, le due signore del personale non hanno capito la mia richiesta, quindi ho dovuto ripeterla. Mi hanno poi risposto di sì, ma si sono consultate tra loro per capire come prepararlo, e già da quel momento ho iniziato ad avere qualche dubbio, anche se avevo ormai già pagato. Mi è stata servita una bevanda che, purtroppo, non aveva il sapore del matcha. Si percepivano dei grumi, probabilmente di zucchero, ed era molto più simile al gusto del caramello. Anche il colore della bevanda non corrispondeva a quello tipico del matcha, e infatti non era assolutamente un matcha. Peccato. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

12oz Street Coffee, Bergamo International Airport During my time at Bergamo International Airport, I stopped at 12oz Street Coffee for a latte macchiato and a slice of apricot cake. Overall, I had a positive experience. The latte macchiato was enjoyable, the apricot cake was fresh, tasty and paired perfectly with the coffee. The total price was approximately EUR 9, which I considered fair value for the quality of the products and the airport location. What I particularly like about 12oz is its modern concept. The company describes itself as "Street Coffee for People on the Move" and focuses on quality coffee, cakes, pastries, sandwiches and quick food options for travellers. The concept fits very well within a busy international airport environment. During my visit, I also noticed Caffè San Carlo 1936 products displayed on the shelves. The year 1936 immediately caught my attention because it represents decades of Italian coffee tradition and craftsmanship. Seeing historic Italian coffee brands available to travellers adds authenticity and helps promote Italy's rich coffee culture. My main criticism concerns cleanliness. When I arrived, several tables still contained cups, trays, plates and dishes left behind by previous customers. Airports are naturally busy environments, but cleanliness is one of the first things guests notice. More frequent table clearing and visible cleaning rounds would significantly improve the customer experience and create a stronger first impression. In my opinion, the business could attract even more customers through: • More frequent cleaning of tables and seating areas during busy periods. • Faster removal of used dishes and trays. The location itself has strong potential. Bergamo Airport welcomes millions of international passengers every year, and 12oz is ideally positioned to serve travellers looking for a quality coffee, a dessert or a short break before departure. Personal Reflection on the Numbers The number 12 is often associated with completeness and community. • In the Torah, there are the 12 Tribes of Israel. • In Christianity, Jesus chose 12 Apostles. • In Islamic history and tradition, the number 12 also appears in various historical and spiritual contexts. The number 9, which was the approximate price of my visit, is often associated with completion and fulfilment. For me, it represented a small investment in a pleasant moment during a busy travel day. Overall, I enjoyed my visit. Good coffee. A delicious apricot cake. A modern and attractive concept. Friendly atmosphere. Clear room for improvement regarding cleanliness. 3.5 Stars but i'm giving 4 Stars. Thank you to the team at 12oz Street Coffee. I wish you continued success at Bergamo Airport and hope to see even cleaner and more welcoming seating areas during my next visit. Sometimes a coffee break is not just about coffee. Sometimes it is about taking a moment to slow down before the next journey begins. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
