Our “aperitivo” includes many original and delicious appetisers and you can sip on one of over 40 drinks and cocktails to select from Classics, our Originals and Signatures, as well as Spritz, Aosta Valley local wines, our Bubbly options (sparkling wines, prosecco and champagne) or beers and spirits. The kitchen is always open for meats and cheese sharing boards, sandwiches, and tasty piadinas.

Only at 101 you can find "Gin-Up", an exclusive and excellent gin produced by Debora Pedrini to mix with the finest tonic waters.
