A popular Largs eatery has been named a ‘best restaurant’ by online site Restaurant Guru.
Allegria Italian Eatery in Gallowgate Street has picked up the accolade in its second year in the town.
Restaurant Guru helps people find restaurants, cafes and bars by using comments, reviews and ratings.
An Allegria spokesperson said: “Thank you so much for choosing us as your favourite place to eat.”

A FAMILY-run Indian restaurant said it is thrilled and honoured to have won a prestigious award during 'hard times.'
Vasaanti on High Street, Droitwich, has been welcoming customers through its doors for the past three and a half years and the menu is known for its quirky East meets West fusion-style food.
Loyal customers nominated Vasaanti for the Restaurant Guru Award 2023 and left the team feeling surprised and honoured to hear they had won.
