Bastoncini d'aglio
It’s an Atlantic Canadian dish, similar to the size and shape of pizza and made with the same dough type. They are presented as thin strips or "fingers" instead of triangular pieces. In place of the traditional tomato sauce and toppings, they consist of a pizza dough topped with garlic butter, parsley and cheese. Garlic fingers are served as a garnish with pizza and dipped in Donair or marinara sauce.
