Burek
Burek is one of the oldest Balkan dishes that originated in the Ottoman Empire and it means "to twist" in the Turkish language. It's a filo pastry stuffed with meat, cheese, potatoes and spinach. The dish is sprinkled with nigella or sesame seeds.
