It's a national Bosnian soup, it's very nourishing and delicious. The dish came from the Ottoman Empire and now it's traditionally cooked at special events. Bey's soup is made from chicken, beans, potatoes, carrots, okra and spices. It's thick enough so it usually goes with sour cream or other sauces.
