Vegetarian dishesThe pasta in the menu is all handmade, following the recipes deposited, those of my family or creating new ones. The tortellini I produce are branded De.Co. I only choose the best also for the filling -Parmigiano Reggiano PDO -Grana Padano PDO -Bologna mortadella PGI -Flour from grains emiliano-romagnoli or Italian -Eggs produced in the region -Salt of cervia, Slow Food Presidium -Italian oragnic Extra virgin olive oil and Peanut oil -The goat cheeses are from the farm Mazzone and Loddo of Roncofreddo(FC) -Fresh fish comes from the Rimini fish market I don’t use bottled water, what you find on the table is the mayor’s water
