A nice place, decent rooms, beautiful nature — but the attitude toward service was honestly strange. When we booked the room, there was no indication anywhere that the kitchen would be completely closed for Easter. No breakfast, no lunch, absolutely nothing. We messaged them on WhatsApp — no reply. We had to call ourselves. “Please arrive before 7 PM because we’re going to church until 9 PM.” And what if we hadn’t called and arrived later? We’d probably have been stuck outside. Why isn’t this communicated in advance? That’s a very big question. Is it really that hard to prepare at least some croissants for breakfast? Also, it was strange that there was no olive oil in the apartment. It’s a self-catering place, and spending five euros on a bottle of oil doesn’t seem like a deal-breaker for the hotel’s profitability. In the end, we had to look for open restaurants in the area during Easter — with kids. Believe me, that wasn’t easy. Service: 3

Dear guests! I am sorry for your disapointment, but as I said already to you personally, we put a note on our web page already on 6th of March that our kitchen will be closed during Easter holidays. Regarding all the other complaints, we could solve all of them with just a short call. As I said to you - if you need something, please call us, there is always somebody at home, at least grandma Brigita, who even speks Russian. She would give you olive oil and potica for breakfast. At the countrysied the holidays are spent within the families and especially for Easter also the restaurants are closed so the people can go to church and celebrate according to the tradition.
