I arrived to find the place utterly deserted, with a note saying it was closed due to death. I tried to contact the property and had zero response. So, had to make other plans to stay somewhere else! And lost CHF700. Absolutely appalling situation. Service: 1

The hotel needs urgent renovation. The room was dingy, there were spiders in the corners of the walls, the carpet was dingy. The bathroom was gray, especially the shower. The toilet bowl had various traces of dirt such as urine scale and mold. The morning meal was ok. Although I don't know exactly what the kitchen looks like. I certainly won't recommend it and won't go there again until it's renovated. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 4
