Visited Roots Bar in Zagreb twice in two days, and it’s an absolute gem! The service is super friendly and genuine - not the fake touristy kind - making us want to return just for that. Yesterday, we tried two Negroni-inspired cocktails: the “Fig” (fig distillate, Campari, red vermouth, fig leaf soda) offered a nice twist, though not groundbreaking, and the “PBJ” (rye whiskey, red vermouth, peanut butter, and jelly) was a standout - beautifully presented with a jelly-topped spoon for that PB&J vibe. Today, the Lemon Cheesecake (limoncello, lemon, heavy cream, Licor 43) was an absolute explosion of delight - imagine a creamy, zesty lemon cheesecake transformed into the most divine drink you’ve ever tasted! It’s a must-try masterpiece! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zagreb! Oh and the music selection was spot on as well Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
