It is considered to be an autochthonous wine to the region of Šibenik, the result is dry, fresh and more mineral wine, strong acidity and full of aroma.

  MARAŠTINA is a white wine, with straw yellow color. It has accented fruit aromas that remind on ripe fruit with a hint of honey and hazelnut. Dry and well-rounded taste with very long and pleasant finish. Marastina is mostly present around the city of Šibenik. It is difficult to grow, so Marastina was usually served only on special occasions.
