Initially we received friendly service. Because we wanted to order the same thing, I placed the order for my colleague and I straight away (crispy chicken with salad instead of fries as a side dish, as it says on the menu). After about 20 minutes, crunchy pikeperch with salad arrived. We then told the waiter that the wrong menu had come. He suddenly changed his tone, disappeared back into the kitchen with the plates, shook his head and said “unbelievable” to himself. 20 minutes later the correct menu arrived, served by the same waiter who, without looking at us, wished us a good appetite. While we were eating, the boss came to all the tables except ours to inquire about the guests' satisfaction. The waiter also asked everyone else except us if everything was okay. I paid with the card, but I didn't see the bill and the card reader was handed to me with CHF 73.40. When I looked at the bill after paying, I realized that too much had been charged. Instead of CHF 19.90 per person for the menu, crispy pikeperch and a separate salad were charged. So we paid CHF 24.80 too much for something we didn't consume. When I examined the bill, the waiter said: “Is something wrong again?” I then told him that the zander crispy peppers were charged and not the chicken crispy peppers. He told me, “Yes, we charged what you ordered.” My friend was able to confirm that I had placed our order correctly. “I don’t make mistakes,” he replied.
