Absolutely fabulous from the beginning to the end Loved the variety of textures, the subtle combination of flavours, the vast use of ingredients from local or at least national artisans, and the beautiful presentation. Each dish was a piece of art, lovingly prepared, and well explained by the staff who was attentive at all times but never overbearing. Congratulations to the entire Ô Bois Sauvage team!
