Goditi senza dubbio il Marmont's Monument, poi la raccomandazione dei clienti è di venire anche in questo ristorante. I locali consigliano i piatti della cucina mediterranea al ristorante PiNKU fish & wine. Vale la pena di andare in questo locale per provare degli ottimi tonno, tartare di tonno e calamari. È una piacevole esperienza provare il delizioso vino.

This is one of the best restaurant in split. The foods are not fishy. And easy to eat with good wine. These foods are like Japanese style foods. Also super good a service and good local wine

You probably read the review in the Michelin Guide. That is how we found this restaurant. That review does NOT do it justice as good as that review is. Tasting menu of seafood with optional local wine pairings. We just had the new spring menu, still a work in progress as we learned, so what you will see will be different. Whatever it is, just go with an open mind. Each course and each wine was excellent and a majority of them were superb. It brought to my mind one of my favourite dinners at Le Bernadin—fresh local fish, imaginative and well presented—not a three Michelin star restaurant with all the production and pomp. The service of PiNKU fish & wine is direct and professional—as friendly as you want—and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend highly enough. Worth the trip from Dubrovnik, and from farther.
