An amazing wine seminar and one of the best organic wines I’ve ever tasted. I‘m also in awe of the love for nature and BIO / Demeter wine production of founders Jonas and Elias Ettlin. The Apero-Plättli was gigantic. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 70–80
