  Fresh lemon and vanilla (made with a light olive oil) spongecake with organic wild strawberry jam and bourbon vanilla buttercream.
• Vanilla, Pistachio & Strawberry
  Our delicious vanilla cake with a home made pistacchio praliné buttercream and a filling of wild strawberry jam (customizable).
• Sicilian Lemon, Vanilla & Lavender
  Vanilla and lemon sponge cake soaked with a lavender syrup. Filled with a home made tangy lemon cream and finished with a vanilla, lavender buttercream.
