I want to underline that the 8 lasagna prepared but INVOLUNTARILY left in the kitchen by us were NOT SUPPLIED BUT NOR CHARGED IN THE bill made the previous day. I personally added up all the items and noticed that they were listed as a product to be cooked (and cooked) but not correctly accounted for, therefore if they had been included in the packages they would have been listed as free and only for your benefit. Compensation for the cost of the lasagna in question would therefore not have been necessary, as it was not even included in the bill. The only compensation that I consider fair would have been the moral one, the most difficult to repay. In fact, in your party one of the first ones chosen by you was absent, displeasing those who, as was explained in person, could not eat the bean-based ribollita. It shouldn't happen that a product remains here, but if we had been notified immediately, we would have promptly sent our delivery person with the products already at serving temperature, regardless of your distance. However, on the issue of the quality of the products supplied, you find me strongly divergent. All the products that you collected in the afternoon at 2pm, then brought to serving temperature and administered independently for dinner, were packaged the morning after 12pm. In fact, the only thing really highlighted to appeal to were the croutons, which after about 7 hours from their packaging (for obvious organizational reasons NOT attributable to us) it is normal for them to tend to soften. The only way would have been to take the mixtures in bulk and then make them independently just before administration. I was impressed that after I contacted you by phone and invited you to come visit me to talk in person, you actually stopped by! But I am also struck by the fact that even after having clarified things verbally and to apologize to me you were treated to a complete lunch for 6 people, you still included a review, or rather 2, so brutal. I sincerely hope that this response given publicly by those who manage the business, can bring back, even if partially, a bit of tranquility in your soul which is still rather warmed by this solvable mistake of ours, but above all I hope that this very negative review does not affect negatively on the choice to take my Rotisserie as a partner for your personal and non-personal events.
