An absolute gem of a restaurant in an amazing little town in northern Switzerland. The food was simply delicious as we had virtually the whole menu - duck liver with beetroot sorbet, trout, white asparagus, veal, chickory, desserts.. Everythinf just top notch. The amuze bouche set the right tone too with the perfect balance between a creamy mousse and an acidic vegetable base.. Even the house wine - a local blanc de noire - was full bodied and delicious. And of course Andreas and the crew made us feel like very special guests in this gorgeous court yard in the back of a beautifully renovated medieval house.
