A Securitas barged his way into the toilet in an extremely aggressive manner; at first we didn't even know whether he worked there. Shortly afterwards I waited for my colleagues near the entrance ticket office, which the aforementioned security saw as a provocation. then immediately came over to ask what my problem was. When I asked in astonishment what kind of behavior this was from someone who is actually responsible for the security of the club, the next person came to stand me in front of the door. When I told them how extremely wrong I thought it was, after paying for something like that, they even had to hold back another security guard so that he wouldn't attack me. No matter what, security ensures safety and de-escalation. they really should be ashamed of themselves. So it's only a matter of time before they go bankrupt. and that's exactly what I wish for them.

On busy nights such as Carnival, we are forced to regularly check access to the toilet and keep it free. Therefore, longer conversations in front of the toilet are not possible. If we ask our guests to leave the small room in front of the toilet and they are skeptical and rude towards us, even though they cannot assess the situation, we find this very inappropriate. In addition, the consumption of any substances at or in the club or in the toilet is not tolerated and guests are asked to leave the club. So far none of our guests have had a problem adhering to these rules because they are understandable and sensible. In addition, our security staff always work in work clothes. They are written on and clearly visible. Based on your rating and the wishes you have expressed to our club, we can clearly recognize your character.
