In the catering industry, it is often a challenge to accurately predict visitor numbers and optimally coordinate personnel planning accordingly. In our company in particular, there are days when we only welcome around 10 guests throughout the day, while on other days we can entertain up to 150 people at the same time. These strong fluctuations are difficult to plan precisely in advance and, despite careful efforts, sometimes lead to bottlenecks that lead to longer waiting times for our guests. However, our team works hard every day to ensure that all guests have a pleasant and smooth experience and to make the service as efficient as possible. In order to offer you and other guests better transparency in the future, we are planning to install a notice board in the entrance area. In addition, we will instruct our team to actively point out possible waiting times at reception if there is a high volume of guests. In this way, we want to ensure that our guests are always well informed and, if necessary, have the opportunity to adjust their schedule accordingly.
