The Happy Terrace seems to have been happier - the terrace is ratty and not tidy. There are even rusty garden tools lying around, dried plants in pots. They don't seem to think it's necessary to roll up the garden hose either. The oil lamps have all fallen apart; they are either still on the bamboo post or are already lying around on the floor. Not really comfortable like that! Were there for the first time, the food was really very good! Price/performance is right. Service but totally overwhelmed (apparently 1 person was absent, hence a milder rating on my part). Had to wait a long time for drinks and starters, as well as cutlery and plates. Starter plates remained on the table even during and after the main course was finished; no one cleared away. There were also dirty dishes piled up behind the counter in the restaurant, mixed with a mess of different things. On the tables in the restaurant itself, the dishes also remained on the tables after the guests had left, not very appetizing. I didn't take a picture of it out of decency, it definitely wiped us out when we saw it and we won't be coming back. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
