Followed web recommendations and went to chef Lu when we got to Montreux. Owner was very friendly and he recommended the braised pork with rice which was delicious. We subsequently had that on 2 other occasions. In the 5 days that we were in Montreux we had 5 more meals there and we were not disappointed. We also had their home made wontons twice and home made noodles twice. The noodles had a nice texture. The chef was also friendly and chatted with us a little bit though mostly she was very focused on preparing her delicious food. The visit to Montreux was so much more enjoyable because we had such great Chinese food at such a friendly restaurant. We did not try the boba but we saw what some folks had ordered and it looked very good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
