I havent slept in the hotel by the fact, that those rooms are definitely not up to a standard I like to keep up. But after asking others, they described it as like a „dorm room“. Emotionless, unappealing, way to simple. Half the time the food was barely eatable. Im not a person who throws food away but sadly I had to do it 3 out of 4 times. I didnt even bother eating dinner there, I went to lucerne instead to get something to eat. The snackbar is okay in terms of processed food (chocolate, chips, sweets in general) but the „freshly made“ sandwiches were tasteless. And again, I had to waste food because it was just some dry roastbeef without any sauce or at least salt as seasoning. The conference rooms were a huge plus aswell as the staff (except from some old lady at the snackbar, she wasnt nice). The hardware, ambiente and natural lighting were a 10/10! It was really easy to focus and pick up information. Besides: the ladies from the reception were super nice aswell. Huge compliment! Really helpful and kind. Just as it should be expected :) The facility itself was placed in some beautiful painting like area with great views, lots of nature and green all around. The facility gave me a fairly modern impression. Service: 4
