Siamo venuti a pranzo e il menù del giorno comprendeva un gazpacho buonissimo, una pinsa e caffè, buono ed abbondante. Ottimo anche il servizio di Jad. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 20–30

Abbiamo mangiato buoni piatti e il posto sicuramente merita perché la location è molto suggestiva inoltre il centro è a due passi

It was 9:00pm, and most of the shops are closed. We were looking for fondue. A quick search on Google Maps pointed us here at Brasserie St. Georges. Once seated and with menus on the table, the first question is “still or sparkling?” I hesitated at first because I knew it will cost extra for fancy bottled water. We picked still. The water was delicious. While waiting for the meal, we got bread, butter, and a small bowl of what seems to be watermelon soup (I’m probably wrong, but that’s how it tasted) that’s all part of the meal. Delicious. The fondue arrived. Melted pot of cheese, with some bread the size of croutons, pickled onions, tomatoes, and potatoes. Delicious. And then my main arrived — grilled Interlaken veal with mushrooms on a potato gratin. Delicious. I was very happy with my order. The veal and mushroom were a bit on the salty side, but was perfect with the gratin. The veal was tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The total bill for us three was about CHF140, but the price was worth it. In case I go back, I’ll definitely have the Interlaken veal again. Service was also fantastic. The waiter was very nice and actually spoke with a little Filipino that he learned from his former colleagues. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40
