Barbajuan
Barbajuan is a savoury pastry from Monaco and it literally means "Uncle John" in the Monegasque language. According to the legend, one man didn't have enough sauce for his ravioli so he filled them with Swiss chard and ricotta and fried them. This dish is usually cooked on the national day of Monaco on the 19th of November.
