We enjoyed the previous restaurant of jardin Botanic, which has changed to the very disorganised place now. Several times we went there, sitting there about 15 min and they were just looking at us. After 15 min, they came and said they would stop working soon without apologising!!!The only time we had food there. There were not lots of choices, and the food wasn't tasty enough!! The servants are very slow and sad looking!!! I hope there will be an improvement soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Today we sat down, waited to be served. Three waitresses walked back and forth around us. About 10min after sitting down, one waitress came and told us they were closed now. We only wanted a coffee but they did not want to serve us. Why not just tell us immediately upon entering? On previous visits the service has been slow. When they first opened, we ate there, the food was not great and expensive. The previous restaurant at this location was much better, they had a full range of sandwiches, cakes, pastries, coffee, everything. They served quickly and were professional. It is a shame this restaurant had to change. I hope it will improve as the botanical gardens are fab. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The waiter with the long hair was so disturbed we sat down without a reservation although they were half empty and no sign on the table. Then he said he has no more food and barely barely served us some spinach soup. Then he dissapeared. Then he somehow found food he didn't have for some UN employees. The spinach soup had way too much coconut milk in as well. Edit: to answer the owner, yes they did November last year. It's the only restaurant in the botanical gardens park, I didn't get it wrong. Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
